My public service philosophy was formed upon the birth of Samuel, my oldest son. During that time the plans I had envisioned for both my wife and I changed radically due to his diagnosis with RTS (Rubenstien-Taybi syndrome). The world and its problems are composed of people, and more importantly, the people close to you. Making a difference in them is the true long term investement of human capital. Armies may change geography, but only the personal investment in the needs of another will change our lives.

Samuel loves watching sports.

You don't have to change the world, just the little piece God has given you.
